1. Authorization The client authorizes Repair zone to conduct an evaluation of the machine sent to determine the nature of the damage and provide an estimate of repair cost and timing. The client authorizes Repair zone to receive and transport this media/equipment/data to, from and between their facilities. Timing of the repair on items depends of individual items fault and can be done any where from 20 min up to 3 weeks, Repair zone will always contact the person about the time of repair after diagnostics of the fault.
2. Legal Rights The client is the legal owner or authorized representative of the legal owner of the property and all data and components contained therein sent to Repair zone. Any property left with Repair zone unclaimed for 90 days, will be sold for company costs.
3. Returns We donít accept returns on covers, cases, batteries, screen protectors, cables and chargers. No warranty on repaired water damage items. We do not check if the phone is barred or disabled from network. We never check the other or additional faults of any device only the ones customer is telling us about. Repair zone is not taking any responsibilities for further software issues and also not providing warranty on software .
Returns are only accepted with a valid receipt.
4. Warranty Up to 90 days warranty on device that Repair zone has repaired (warranty cover the labour and manufactory faulty items). Repair zone makes no warranty on data, express or implied, and Repair zone disclaims any data warranty of any kind.
5. Payment We only accept the cash. We donít charge anything for diagnostic of any device if willing before repair. Work on device will not start, before the repair zone will contact customer about the price.
All items need to be collected with receipt, invoice.
